Shipping Policy

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship all orders

We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. The carrier we use is also USPS.

We offer flat rate shipping and handling cost of $5.00 per order, orders over $70.00 will receive free shipping. Sometimes additional shipping charges will apply:

When packages exceed 5lbs we charge by:

1. Weight
2. Location

This only applies to continental U.S. all other countries and the following states: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will receive additional shipping charges when weight exceeds 5lbs.

Free Shipping is extended to our customers located within the continental United States of America and whose order is greater then $100.00.

All international orders will pay 100% of the shipping costs to their country of destination. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is usually 20 business days from the day we ship your order provided no problems occur with your local customs office.

Some countries may require various types of import licenses. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.

Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills “Discount vitamins and herbs store” for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

We have an unconditional, 30 day money back guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason we will email or USPS mail you a return pre paid postage slip to send back the product. All we ask, in return, is the reason for the dissatisfaction of the product you ordered. Once we receive the product we will issue a refund for the returned items.
